BYD EL-Pro16S MAX is a 1.6-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift truck with compact structure, flexible control, and stable power. It is suitable for handling and stacking of medium and light materials such as warehousing, light industry, food cold chain, and factory turnover. It provides a low-maintenance, green handling equipment solution.

The rated lifting weight is 1.6t, the load center distance is 500mm, and the electric ride-on structure is adopted. The total weight of the vehicle including the battery is 2905kg, the wheelbase is 1400mm, the length without the fork is 2023mm, and the width of the whole machine is 1050mm.
The minimum height of the gantry is 2020mm, the height of the top frame is 2050mm, the standard lifting height is 3000mm, the maximum height of the gantry from the ground is 3985mm, and the free lifting height is 120mm, which can be adapted to low-space operations.
The minimum turning radius is 1650mm, and the steering performance is flexible. It is suitable for 10001200mm horizontal pallet working channel width 3345mm, 8001200mm vertical pallet working channel width 3470mm. The ground clearance between the gantry and the frame is 95mm, which can smoothly pass through the conventional road surface.

The hydraulic braking system is adopted, and the braking effect is stable and reliable. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16MPa, and the system operation state is stable. The driver's position noise is ≤75dB (A), and the working environment is comfortable. The whole vehicle is equipped with a top guard, and the door frame has a wide field of vision to reduce the blind spot of the operation.
