During daily operations, the remaining power can be monitored in real time through the forklift's power display device, and the charging time can be planned in advance.
Avoid overload operation
Operate according to the rated load specification of the forklift, and overload operation is strictly prohibited. Overload will cause the battery to be in a high load discharge state, which will not only speed up the power consumption, but also increase the pressure and temperature inside the battery, affecting the performance and stability of the battery. Before handling heavy objects, confirm that the weight of the goods is within the bearing range of the forklift.
Standardize operating habits
When operating the forklift, avoid frequent sudden acceleration, sudden braking, etc. This type of operation will cause the battery to discharge instantaneously and cause impact on the internal structure of the battery. Smooth operation can reduce the load on the battery, help maintain the health of the battery, and also improve the overall operating safety of the forklift.

Select the appropriate charging device
When charging, use a special charging device matching this series of batteries, and do not mix other types of chargers. The adapted charger can accurately control the charging current and voltage to ensure that the battery is charged at a reasonable rate and avoid damage to the battery due to inconsistent charging parameters.
Control the charging environment
The charging environment should be kept dry and ventilated, and the temperature should be controlled between 0 ° C and 40 ° C. The high temperature environment will accelerate the chemical reaction inside the battery, which may cause overheating; the low temperature environment will reduce the charging efficiency and affect the charging and discharging performance of the battery. Avoid charging in humid, dusty or extreme temperature environments.
Avoid overcharging and power loss storage
When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the charger in time and do not keep it charged for a long time. Overcharging will cause the electrolyte inside the battery to decompose, affecting the capacity and life of the battery. If the forklift is idle for a long time, make sure that the battery is stored in a fully charged state, and replenish it regularly to prevent irreversible damage to the battery due to power loss.

Appearance and connection parts inspection
Regularly check the appearance of the battery for damage, bulging and other abnormalities, and check whether the terminals are loose or corroded. If any traces of corrosion are found in the terminals, use a dry brush to clean them up to ensure that the connection is firm and avoid power supply problems caused by poor contact.
Battery cleaning
Keep the battery surface clean and dry to avoid dust, oil, etc. adhering to the battery surface. When cleaning, use a dry soft cloth to wipe, do not use water or corrosive detergents to prevent liquids from entering the battery and causing short circuits or other failures.
Temperature monitoring
During daily use and charging, pay attention to the temperature changes of the battery. If the battery is too hot during operation or charging, stop operation in time and continue to use it after the temperature returns to normal. Continuous high temperature will have a negative impact on the performance of the battery. If necessary, check whether the cooling system is operating normally.
Storage precautions
If the forklift needs to be stored for a long time, the battery should be fully charged and placed in a dry, ventilated and suitable temperature environment to avoid direct sunlight or contact with corrosive substances. During storage, the battery should be recharged every 1 to 2 months to ensure that the battery power is maintained within a reasonable range and prevent performance degradation caused by power loss.
