Weak or slow lifting
When the stacking truck is unable to lift or the speed is significantly slower, the operator can check according to the following steps. First, check whether the liquid level of the hydraulic oil is within the specified range. If the liquid level is low, the hydraulic oil that meets the specifications should be replenished in time. At the same time, observe whether the oil is turbid, emulsified or excessive impurities. If the oil quality is poor, it needs to be completely replaced. Secondly, check whether the hydraulic filter element is blocked. The blockage of the filter element will cause the oil to flow improperly and affect the lifting power. At this time, the filter element needs to be removed for cleaning or replacing the new filter element. In addition, check whether the output pressure of the hydraulic pump station is up to standard. If the pressure is insufficient, the pressure parameters of the pump station need to be adjusted to the standard range. Before adjustment, refer to the equipment operation manual Finally, check whether the seal of the lifting cylinder is aging or damaged. Failure of the seal will lead to leakage of hydraulic oil, resulting in insufficient power. It is necessary to replace the corresponding type of seal.
Lifting process card
Stacking truck during the lifting of the card phenomenon, may be caused by a number of factors. First, check whether there is any foreign matter, rust or excessive wear of the lifting guide rail. If there is any foreign matter on the surface of the guide rail, it needs to be cleaned in time. The rust part can be rust removed and lubricated oil applied. If the wear is serious, it needs to be repaired or replaced by a professional. Secondly, check whether the tension of the chain is appropriate. If the chain is too loose or too tight, it may cause a card. If it is too loose, the tensioning device can be adjusted to achieve the appropriate tension of the chain. If it is too tight, it needs to be properly relaxed. In addition, check whether there is air in the hydraulic system. Air mixing will cause the oil to circulate improperly and produce a card. You can exhaust the air by opening the exhaust valve to discharge the air in the system.
Unable to complete lifting action
If the stacker truck cannot be lifted at all, first check whether the power supply is normal, confirm that the battery power is sufficient, and the circuit connection is firm without loosening or open circuit. Secondly, check whether the lifting control switch is faulty. It can be tested by replacing the switch of the same type. If it returns to normal after replacement, it means that the switch is damaged. In addition, check whether the hydraulic pump station can start normally. If the pump station does not respond, check whether the circuit and relay of the motor of the pump station are normal. If necessary, contact professional maintenance personnel for maintenance. Finally, check whether the lifting cylinder is stuck. If there is foreign matter or piston damage inside the cylinder, it will cause it to be unable to expand and contract. The cylinder needs to be removed for cleaning or maintenance.
Daily preventive maintenance points
In addition to troubleshooting and handling, daily preventive maintenance can also reduce the occurrence of abnormal lifting. Regularly check the level and quality of hydraulic oil, replace hydraulic oil and filter elements according to the specified cycle of the equipment; regularly clean the lifting guide rail and chain, apply appropriate lubricating oil to keep the parts lubricated; regularly check the circuit system to ensure that the connection is firm and non-aging; the operator needs to strictly follow the operation manual to avoid damage to the equipment parts caused by overload operation.
