Quotation accounting
The docking agency will calculate the final replacement price difference based on the assessed value of the old equipment and the market pricing of the new balanced heavy lithium forklift. The accounting process will be transparent throughout the process, and the company can consult the details of the composition of various expenses at any time to ensure a clear understanding of the replacement cost.
Agreement signing
After the two parties reach an agreement on the replacement plan, a formal replacement agreement will be signed to clarify the key terms such as the handover time of the old equipment, the delivery time of the new forklift, the acceptance standard, and the scope of after-sales services, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.

Old equipment handover
According to the time agreed upon in the agreement, the enterprise will hand over the old equipment to the designated location, and the docking agency will conduct on-site re-inspection to confirm that the equipment status is consistent with the evaluation report, and then complete the acceptance procedures for the old equipment.
New forklift acceptance
After the new balance heavy lithium forklift is delivered to the factory, the enterprise needs to arrange a special person for acceptance to check whether the appearance integrity, key component functions, battery life, etc. of the equipment meet the standards stipulated in the agreement, and sign the acceptance certificate after confirming that it is correct.

After the replacement is completed, the docking agency will provide professional operation training to help enterprise personnel quickly master the operation skills and daily maintenance points of the balance heavy lithium battery forklift. At the same time, it will also provide quality assurance services as agreed, regular on-site inspections, and timely solve problems in the operation of the equipment, ensure the stable operation of the equipment, and help the enterprise improve the efficiency of the operation of the factory.
