Driving and stacking operation. In the scenario of multi-layer shelves, driving and stacking need to follow specific specifications. When driving, the fork needs to be lowered to a safe height of ten to fifteen centimeters above the ground, the door frame is tilted back to keep the goods stable, strictly follow the driving direction and speed limit in the passage, slow down in advance when turning and observe the surrounding situation. It is forbidden to make a sudden stop or overtake in the passage; when encountering pedestrians or other vehicles, you need to honk in advance and take the initiative to avoid. When stacking, you need to park the forklift at the designated position in front of the shelf, pull up the handbrake, and hang it into neutral gear; adjust the reclining angle of the gantry, slowly lift the fork to the same height as the target shelf laminate, adjust the forklift position to align the fork with the shelf laminate; slowly move the gantry forward so that the fork is fully inserted into the bottom of the tray, and the center of gravity of the tray needs to fall in the middle position of the fork; then slowly lift the tray and goods to a position higher than the target laminate by five to ten centimeters, confirm again that there are no sundries on the shelf laminate, and there is enough space. Adjust the reclining angle of the gantry to make it vertical. Slowly move the gantry forward to place the tray smoothly on the laminate. After confirming that the tray is stable, slowly lower and withdraw the fork, and finally lower the fork to a safe height The door frame is reclined and ready for the next operation.
Key points of daily maintenance. Daily maintenance can prolong the service life of the forward-moving lithium battery forklift and ensure the safety of operation. After each use, it is necessary to clean the dust and sundries on the body surface, fork, and gantry chain, check whether the tire pressure is normal, park the vehicle in the designated charging or storage area, pull up the handbrake, hang it into neutral gear, and turn off the power supply. When charging the lithium battery, it is necessary to use the supporting charging equipment, which is carried out in a well-ventilated environment. It is forbidden to smoke or use an open flame in the charging area. Disconnect the power supply in time after the charging is completed. Check the tension and lubrication of the gantry chain every week, and adjust or add special lubricant if necessary; check the wear of the braking system, and replace the brake pads if necessary.
