Vehicle Condition Check
Before operation, a comprehensive inspection of the forward-moving explosion-proof lithium battery forklift is required, focusing on confirming that the explosion-proof components have good sealing, no damage or loosening; the lithium battery has sufficient power, no leakage or bulging phenomenon; the braking system and steering system respond sensitively, the fork has no deformation or cracks, and the fork tooth spacing is adjusted to fit the size of the goods. At the same time, check whether the lights and warning devices are working normally to ensure that the vehicle is in compliance with the operation state.
Operating environment investigation
Confirm in advance that the channel width of the working area meets the forklift traffic requirements, the high shelf structure is stable, and there are no signs of tilt or loosening; the working area is fully lit, and there is no water or debris on the ground to avoid affecting the driving stability of the forklift. If a flammable and explosive environment is involved, it is necessary to confirm that there is no fire source, flammable and explosive material leakage in the area, and it meets the explosion-proof operating conditions.
Personnel qualification confirmation
Operators need to hold the corresponding special equipment operation qualification certificate and be familiar with the operating characteristics and explosion-proof operation specifications of the forward-moving explosion-proof lithium forklift. Before operation, wear anti-static work clothes, non-slip shoes and other protective equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to carry fire into the operation area.
Practical steps for high-level cargo handling
Approaching the cargo to be shipped
Adjust the speed of the forklift, approach the goods to be transported smoothly, keep the distance between the forklift and the goods moderate, and ensure that the forks can be inserted into the bottom of the goods smoothly. Pay attention to the surrounding environment during driving and avoid other people and obstacles.

Slowly lift the fork so that the fork teeth are inserted into the bottom of the goods in a suitable position to ensure that the center of gravity of the goods coincides with the center of the forklift fork frame. After confirming that the fork is fully loaded with the goods, smoothly lift the fork to a height of about 10-20 cm above the ground to check whether the goods are stable and have no risk of tilting or falling.
High lifting and handling
Slowly operate the lifting device to lift the goods to the corresponding height of the target shelf. Control the speed during the lifting process to avoid shaking of the goods. After reaching the specified height, adjust the position of the forklift, align the goods with the storage position of the shelf, move the forks smoothly, and place the goods on the shelf.

After confirming that the goods are placed firmly, slowly lower the fork to separate the fork from the goods. Then reset the fork to the lowest position, drive away from the shelf area smoothly, and complete a high-level cargo handling operation.

During high-level handling, the speed of the forklift truck needs to be strictly controlled, and it is strictly forbidden to start, brake, or steer quickly to avoid the goods falling due to inertia or the forklift becoming unstable.
Blind spot avoidance
When working, it is necessary to pay attention to the blind spot of vision, especially after lifting high-level goods, the front view is limited, and the surrounding environment should be confirmed through the rearview mirror or a special person to ensure the safety of the operation.
Load compliance
Strictly carry goods according to the rated load of the forklift, and strictly prohibit overloading operations to avoid overturning or component damage due to excessive load.
Emergency handling
If there are emergencies such as vehicle failure or loose goods during the operation, the operation should be stopped immediately, the forklift should be parked smoothly in a safe area, and the problem should be investigated and dealt with before continuing the operation.
