Overview of product foundation

The AQ10DB latent traction AGV is produced by BYD and is a fully automatic latent hauling material handling equipment with a rated traction of 1 ton. The whole machine adopts a low body structure, which can dive into the bottom of the tooling truck to complete the traction operation. It is equipped with automatic lifting and pulling pins, supports two-way driving mode, and is equipped with an automatic guidance system to independently complete multi-route material circulation transportation in the factory area. It is suitable for assembly line workshops with limited channel width, simplifies the process of manual hauling and hauling of material trucks, and optimizes the logistics manpower input in the factory.

   BYD is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery, which has a stable power supply output and is suitable for multi-frequency feeding truck traction and transfer in the workshop throughout the day. Lithium batteries are safe and stable, and are suitable for various indoor production and storage conditions such as electronics, auto parts, and light industry.

   Special matching specification charging equipment, adapt to the battery replenishment requirements of the whole machine, shorten the downtime for charging, and ensure uninterrupted material transportation in the assembly line.
   

3. 360 all-round safety protection: contact + non-contact double collision avoidance device
   

   The whole body of the equipment is fully covered with safety induction mechanism, long-distance infrared warning and physical buffer anti-collision structure, which can fully identify personnel, material trucks, and shelf obstacles when driving in both directions, reducing collision and material collision losses.
